Had an accident and brought it to DeNooyer because of the loyalty I had after such an amazing car buying experience. Was spoken to extremely rudely on a number of occasions by Larry the body shop manager. My truck has not been right since it was returned. I repeatedly attempted to resolve the issues with the body shop, the service department and Joel DeNooyer. I ended up bringing the vehicle to Mangino Chevrolet who confirmed that the frame was still bent as well as having an issue with the transmission. I again attempted to seek help through Rebecca Hanley who promised that she would speak to Joel and that my vehicle would repaired. After multiple calls, messages and emails to her, I received no response. Utterly disappointing. I now have a 50K+ truck with a bent frame and bad transmission that I will have to get fixed elsewhere. More

NYS Inspection Always quick and courteous. Had a tire that had low pressure and they replaced the valve stem. Glad they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Always quick and courteous. Yesterdays visit Service was fine. Social distancing was adhered to by staff. As i was leaving however a gentlemen came in all smiles(that wa nice) however he wa blo Service was fine. Social distancing was adhered to by staff. As i was leaving however a gentlemen came in all smiles(that wa nice) however he wa blocking the four foot wide space talking w two employees. He had no mask or courtesy w regard to social distancing order in Place in NYS. When i went put to my car it was quite evident that it was NOT sanitized by whomever is responsible. Fortunately I carry clorox wipes, wear a mask and rubber gloves. I had to clear the car of any if there was any germ to be had. I was am disappointed i that area of the experience. Powertrain Warranty Repair. I had a problem while in Florida. That dealer told me it was not covered under the powertrain warranty. They gave me an estimate for over $1200.00. I called Rick Finney on the way home and explained my problem to him. Rick stated that it most certainly was covered under warranty. Dwane Lockrow and Jon Cordi have always been outstanding service advisors. I don’t say that lightly because I’m fastidious with my cars and as can be difficult to please They, however, are a large part of service advisors. Fight for warranty work Predictably there was a "discussion" with the service rep over warranty issues. The rear brake pads were supposed to be replaced on my last visit "6 m Predictably there was a "discussion" with the service rep over warranty issues. The rear brake pads were supposed to be replaced on my last visit "6 months ago" but had to be ordered. I called to check after 2 months and was told they were still on order. I called recently and was referred to the parts department to find there were 7 sets in stock so, I made this latest appointment. On this recent visit the rep was not sure that the pads were now under warranty. Also I asked them to repair the lift gate light that shines the chevy logo on the ground under the rear bumper. The rep told me that lights and or accessories might not be covered under warranty. I thought bumper to bumper warranty was just that! I really wouldn't consider Denooyer for regular maintenance when there's always a hassle over warranty repairs. The logo light is on nationwide backorder we'll see how long this takes. More
