My experience with DeNoing has been horrible. I was told by the salesman that I would online get one key and that it would be indicated on the lease; it was not and I still don’t have the second key. I was also told that I would get a call to bring my car in to have the front license plate installed and that never happened. The car’s stereo was shot And I dropped it off for 3-4 days to get fixed and my Leatherman tool was stolen. I will never buy another car from Chevrolet. I’ll be buying a car for my daughters college graduation later this month from Hyundai and I’ll take my son anywhere he want to go to buy a car on 5/14 but Chevrolet When my company, Rise Engineering did the lighting for these locations we gave a lifetime guarantee and honor that. I had a $120.00 dollar tool stolen and have not heard back from anyone yet. I love the MKZ but I’ll never buy a car from Chevrolet again. You guys suck and that’s the story I will tell to everyone forever. More

I went to pick up my car and no eye contact with the body shop or service. They are Mad because they messed up my car and complained and they had to fix it. No politeness or anything.
