Lack of Trust and Service I had to take my car to a second garage to identify ACTUAL problem to my car. DeNooyer wanted $260 for a problem that did not exist! A bad wheel bearing I was told was an "environmental" problem that was not covered by my costly extended warranty. I have had 3 issues with this used car and none were corrected in a timely, professional, courteous manner. This time after making light of their extreme oversight, I was barely spoken to when picking up my car, and wasn't directed to where it was parked accurately. After walking the ENTIRE lot, I found my car so closely parked to the cars on both sides I could barely get in. I have so much more to say about this interaction, but it's not worth the time. More

always friendly and usually pretty quick Scheduled an oil change for 7:30 am. Was told I needed a tire rotation as well even though they did it last oil change, I agreed. I agreed. Was told it would take about an hour. It took about and hour and a half. Over all not a bad wait considering. Everyone was very friendly but I think I will go else where for my oil changes so as to not be roped into additional services on the spot. I was not expecting to pay $176 when I went for just an oil change. More

He was friendly and had a smile the whole time, like he really enjoyed his job and was very easy to talk to about concerns. I had no cost to me for the whole job as I had two years of free maintenance and they sent me a coupon for my inspection fee More
