Lack of Communication I don't believe that someone that drops a car off at 7:30 am, should have to wait till 4:30 PM to find out if their car will be ready or not. Great service . Dropping off and picking up were very easy and I had very little wait time for either process. They utilized texting or the option to call to provid . I had a rental for the day and that process was very easy also and the gentleman that assisted me was very thorough in making sure I felt comfortable in the rental I would be driving (I wish I remembered his name to thank him on this survey). GREAT - Except the Park Job! Service intake was pleasant. Service completed in appropriate amount of time. Thank you for the Coffee & Bagel while waiting. My only complaint is that the service person who moved my vehicle out of the service bay to the parking lot was INCONSIDERATE to say the least! Parked my car next to a hill of ICE, I mean within 3 inches of it. Moved my drivers seat ALL THE WAY BACK 7 AS LOW AS IT CAN GO & TILTED THE BACK REST BACK!!!!!!!!! How RUDE! So when I gingerly stepped onto & over the hill of ice, got my car door open & tried to sit in my driver's seat....I FELL INTO MY CAR!!!!!! Bashed the back of my left arm on the door frame (yes, I have a nice large bruise). More
