repairs caused repairs I took my car in for an issue with steering. It was a ball joint that needed replacing. Upon picking up my repaired car, as I drove it out of the lo I took my car in for an issue with steering. It was a ball joint that needed replacing. Upon picking up my repaired car, as I drove it out of the lot, several warning lights were on the dash requiring me to immediately return to the dealer, Apparently they didnt test drive it, as something in the area of the ball joint was broken and had to be replaced. There was no apology for the inconvenience of having to then wait an additional 2 hours for my car to be repaired, no "I am sorry", Upon completion of the repair caused by them, someone other than the service rep came to the waiting room, asked for me, handed me my keys and merely said....Your car is in the front lot. Again, no apology and no paperwork given to me for my records as to what was replaced. I was NOT happy and have voiced my disappointment to several of my friends. I want a copy of the work done . I will hesitate to bring my car then ever again. More
