More specifically, my experiences with service manager Rick, service advisor Matt and service technician Ed have proven to be truthful, pleasant, understanding, caring, helpful, honest and fair. So much so, I have recommended them to my family and friends. I have also had an excellent experience with salesman Steve Gordan. Plus the bagels, cream cheese, coffee, etc. make any morning service wait time a nourishing experience! More

Service i am a nurse / I work hard and long hours . But play just as hard. I had planed an exciting upcoming road trip, spanning the north to southern tiers o i am a nurse / I work hard and long hours . But play just as hard. I had planed an exciting upcoming road trip, spanning the north to southern tiers of our beautiful countryside , visiting / lakes, mountains, the ocean,and a span of the Appalachian etc. . A plan such as this, needs a dependable car. To my dismay, I experienced an issue with my car , that I believed was a manufactured issue, it made me feel unsafe for my upcoming adventure . Denooyer , took my concerns seriously, put my car into service immediately, gave me a loaner at no cost/ ruled out any unsafe core causes and offered me the retification needed . . I now have my car back, road tripping the beauty, I had planned . Denooyer understands rhe grassroots of people and how important that car is. My turnover was seamless .
