Satisfied Customer! Team communication was excellent and they seemed to genuinley value my time. Scott was helpful from beginning to end! Complete oil change in under 30 minutes while I waited in their very roomy, comfortable waiting area with ample water and coffee! I do wish they would vacuum my car (since my usual place does that and give a free car wash) and that we had control of the TV because we watched a hair infommercial the entire time but hey...this was my one free oil change that usually values well over $100! Check engine light Requested two items to be repaired , only one item repaired. vehicle had more issues after repairs than it did when I dropped it off. Not happy Truck was out of warranty by less then a month and wouldn’t cover the rotors on my truck. service on truck and camaro i sat in the waiting room for a hour after my truck was finished . i seen them park it out in front of the waiting room. no one came to get me. so a i sat in the waiting room for a hour after my truck was finished . i seen them park it out in front of the waiting room. no one came to get me. so after a hour i went to see what was going on. and yes it had been done for a hour. then i was suppose to get the special for 35.99 with rebate . they charge me 64.75.not happy!!!!!!!!! the i was there with my camaro the past thursday night . i told the guy that the tires could be rotated the wright way because my tires are all the same. they did not do that . they just moved the rear tires side to side and the same with the fronts. in stead of a x pattern like normal .i know this because the way the rims have different paint chips in them. i looked at them before i went in . im very pissed. then you had one guy just sitting there on his phone playing games when i got there and still when i left !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
