DeNooyer Chevrolet - Service Center

Sales Dept is good, but avoid the Service Dept! We purchased our 6th car from Denooyer in Sept. Sales was great- but it went downhill from there. Service Dept is unprofessional and unreliable. The way they treat long standing customers was terrible. Our service rep made snyde comments each time I went in. He mumbled rude comments under his breath. He threw papers at me. He was angry I called GM myself about a warrenty issue and they had to fix my car. Makes me very uncomfortable to go back. Wouldn't send anyone here the way they treat customers. More
