After having it for 1 week, I disc ...Purchased a 2023 Colorado, after someone dropped the ball with purchasing, I finally got my vehicle in Ocotober. After having it for 1 week, I discovered it was leaking oil and brought it in for service. They found it needed new ":seals", which they didn't have and GM was on strike, so had to wait for parts. Had to call myself repeatedly to get updates on status. Prior to Christmas-still didn't have my vehicle, but parts arrived and was told things were moving forward. Upon return from holiday, I checked in again and was told it was being taken care of. A week later, I took it upon myself to drive to the dealership to find out what was going on. (We were also having issues with the rental car company and wanted to be done with that). After waiting quite some time, we were told it was not even in the garage yet and it would be another week before we got it back. Miraculously, a day later I got a call that the truck was finally ready. Honestly, I feel like someone dropped the ball again, now with the service department. Its been a nightmare! The only positive I can say is that DeNooyer did make good on the 2 car payments for which they had the vehicle for, but we had to push and ask for that. My hope is that moving forward, we can have a more positive experience with DeNooyer from here on out. I really do like the vehicle so far. More

i was scheduled to pick up my vehicle on Monday, my service tech did not show up to work that day and no one contacted me and when I called to check on my truck no one had any idea what I was talking a service tech did not show up to work that day and no one contacted me and when I called to check on my truck no one had any idea what I was talking about. I was eventually able to learn that my truck would not be done the day that it was supposed to be finished and was not finished until the next day. No one contacted me to let me know that at all.
