An hour appointment turned into a 2 hour appointment for my first free oil change. They also didnt put a reminder sticker on my windshield. After not receive a text from Brendan I had to go find who had my my first free oil change. They also didnt put a reminder sticker on my windshield. After not receive a text from Brendan I had to go find who had my keys. I also never received paperwork on what was done to my car for my files. Customer service poor. More

Oil filter and drain plug were loose. ... leaked oil all over my driveway..... had to add 2 quarts... I'm lucky I made it home.... will never be back there for service again... next tru ... leaked oil all over my driveway..... had to add 2 quarts...
