I like the service as Chris Aloisi knows of my needs for the situation as it arises. I will continue to use this facility as long as I have the 2 vehicles bought there. As always, my vehicle was brought into service right on time. I had a complimentary bagel and coffee in the customer lounge and by the time I finished my "breakfast", my vehicle was ready. Ridiculous! * aside from a lack of coomunication is the fact they charged me a minimum of $700 more for a part that could be purchased online easily. $510 vs. their charge of $1220! Reason given?! GM “makes” them order through GM and that is the price they make Denooyer pay!! Gouging? Price fixing? Incompetence? My future purchases, I bought noless than 3 vehicles fro Dennoyer, will be made from other dealerships. Terrible business practices. More
