DeNooyer Chevrolet - Service Center

Took my car in for an oil change at 7:30am and waited at the dealership. I did not receive my car back for almost two hours after making them aware of a 9am appointment I had elsewhere. When my car did come out the associate moving my car informed me that he smeared the driver side front bumper into the wall when backing out of the garage with it. Significant damage to the front of my car and lost value on a vehicle accident I was not involved in. Extremely disappointed with the service at this visit. More

My old dealership in Texas was dreadful. I had to wait weeks for minor repairs and they could never give me an estimate on when they'd be done. If I asked they were almost hostile in respons I had to wait weeks for minor repairs and they could never give me an estimate on when they'd be done. If I asked they were almost hostile in response. Every experience here has been a good one though. They've gotten me in last second before and had the car ready the next morning. They've waived minor fees or repairs without my asking. They're excellent communicators and have always been respectful and patient. I really appreciate this dealership. It's so refreshing after all the bad experiences at my previous one. More
