We spent over $2000 only to have the same concern as we dropped it off for the first time then toad in 1/2 later picked up lasted 2 days had to spend another $250 for sensor i told the dealership to check dropped it off for the first time then toad in 1/2 later picked up lasted 2 days had to spend another $250 for sensor i told the dealership to check that they said was not the problem ( crankshaft position sensor) i am totally unhappy with this dealership ( the manager did try to help me out with costs ) but in the end i was stuck with same concern My faith in this dealership has gone to “0” i could have saved a great deal of money just bringing it to a local guy to get it fixed but because i worked for a dealership for over 30 years i always found going to a certified GM or whatever was the thing to do. But as far as i can say this was repaired by a parts replacer not a real technician. I have deleted several attempts by your dealership to fill out Survey’s because i could not give a good review. I will never be back to this place again and would not recommend it to anyone. I am deeply saddened by this More

On the day I came to pick up the car, I was rushed to get there before 6pm because the manager had somewhere to be, not worried about making the sale, no they were worried about leaving on time. By the time I got there he just rushed through the paperwork. I only got one key fob not 2. I was told if I wanted another one I would have to pay $400 for one. And I was told I would get the car with a full tank of gas and when I got the car the tank was maybe half full. I won’t be going back to Depaula or tell anyone to go there. The only good thing about this whole ordeal was the price of the car. More

When I schedule my service I also have to call the parts department so they can have my oil filter ready when I arrive. If I don’t, than I have to wait for it to be delivered.
