So I do apologize if I ever rated this as positive in the past but this dealership had me fooled. Over the course of a year I have least two vehicles and have purchased a Silverado truck. The truck has a fau past but this dealership had me fooled. Over the course of a year I have least two vehicles and have purchased a Silverado truck. The truck has a faulty cover on the bed and it was determined that because it was installed by the Chevy dealership that they would replace for free with a newer model rather than the older model that allows water to seep inside the bed and I cannot keep anything there. It’s been two months and I’m still not getting any answers and I’ve spoken to the sales rep and two or three people at service . It’s really a shame that no one really cares and I spent so much money on vehicles and drove two hours to get to this dealership who supposedly had such a good reputation. My wife is up for another vehicle And even though I have three vehicles from the dealership they are not getting the fourth. So much for loyalty and help for such a purchase. huge disappointment in the end More
