When I schedule my service I also have to call the parts department so they can have my oil filter ready when I arrive. If I don’t, than I have to wait for it to be delivered. It was a lady ' Tracy who taking my order' oil change & tire rotation. All she was concerned about was me get more new tire. Nuts was going off tires when I left. The problem was still the same. I had a ba tire rotation. All she was concerned about was me get more new tire. Nuts was going off tires when I left. The problem was still the same. I had a bad experience on the road' swing into other vehicles. I went back know concerning for me our other.
