I enjoyed the process of buying a car with Cordel. He found exactly what I was looking for and made the process efficient and painless. On a separate note, the process with connecting my phone to Bluet found exactly what I was looking for and made the process efficient and painless. On a separate note, the process with connecting my phone to Bluetooth, setting up the app, and connecting to On Star was not the same situation. The person (who never formally introduced himself) was difficult to deal with. He played on his phone the entire time and treated me as an afterthought. At one point I glanced over (while he was making me answer questions with the On Star employee) and noticed he was scrolling through Instagram and acting as if I was inconveniencing him by being there in the first place. Overall my experience was very good with the sales staff! But I would definitely not buy at DePaula again if I knew they were going to make me deal with that tech person ever again. Thanks Cordel! More
