Pretty smooth process. My biggest gripe was they were having some sort of trade in special, and they didn’t come close to what other dealers were offering me for my trade. My biggest gripe was they were having some sort of trade in special, and they didn’t come close to what other dealers were offering me for my trade. Instead of offering me more for my truck, I got them to throw in running boards and split the cost of a spray in bed liner, which more or less was how far apart we were on the value of my trade. The only other issue I had was the truck was not prepped as well as I would have liked, considering I pointed out certain areas that needed to be cleaned. On the plus side, after mentioning this to the general sales manager, he sent me a check to have my truck re-detailed. I appreciated the fact that they delivered the truck to my country home while I was on vacation, which was 90 minutes away. All in all I would recommend them for your next purchase. More

There was absolutely no communication or empathy. We went over a month and a half and needing to hound the service center in order to have an idea. The warranty company was just as bad. They were both waiting on each other back and forth. Any time we called for an update the call would magically drop. It was so frustrating as a customer. Communication should be better. More
