Got to work with Allison while helping my nephew purchase a used Subaru from DePaula Chevrolet. Allison was fantastic - very friendly and helpful while we discussed the Subaru we were looking at. Everyone was very friendly on the phone as well as the dealership. But I was told it would be about and hour so i chose to wait and it took almost four hours. Then after a NYS inspection, air, lube and fi dealership. But I was told it would be about and hour so i chose to wait and it took almost four hours. Then after a NYS inspection, air, lube and filter, i dont get but a mile down the road and my check engine light comes on for the first time ever. I have to come back after a doctors appointment that day and they say theres nothing they can do and reset the light. Not even a mile after leaving the second time the light comes back on and diagnostics say seek immediate help transmission problem. I call back again and they say it will be over a month before we can see you again and that light “shouldnt be a problem”. Which i think is very inaccurate. More
