Service was slow and I wasn’t told they were running hours behind I had to ask. My appt was at 12 I went at check on my truck at 130 and they haven’t even brought it back yet. The service call and the shuttle service was excellent. Just got conflicting information for the battery swap for my Bolt from the person in charge of the battery swap program at DePaul.
