Mechanic did a great job and ultimately that was why I was there. Dealership sent me a video of someone else's maintenance being done. I never got my video. I never received contact when I was assured that I would. I had to call twice before I was able to get my answers. Customer service gets poor marks this time and I'm generally an easy customer to please. You should get that repaired. Getting someone else's video is really a complete fail. Getting less than stellar customer service, is disconcerting at best. You guys need to make a plan to be much more detail oriented. More

I made a call for service and was able to be seen the following day. I arrived early and was out 7 minutes after my scheduled appointment.
