My husband and I are so disappointed with DePaula staff. Our first issue was when our vehicle was damaged when I for oil change. We lost our vehicle for aprrox a month. The vehicle that we had was a small car not a truck. We still had to pay our monthly payment over $639.We were told the only they would do is give us a 500$ card for us to have them put towards some upgrade to our truck???? Another issue happened this year when our truck broke down and I wanted it to be taken care of it at DePaula when Gable stated that they were having trouble getting parts. We lost our truck for about a month again still making our lease payment and had no vehicle to drive. Doe to the lack of communication we had Gable repair the truck. We just got our truck back from Gable Chevrolet because DePaula wouldn't help us. They told me they would call back 3 different times. I spoke to a sales manager. Yonas??? the last time I spoke to him -he promised that his manager would definitely call me on a Monday morning first thing. I told him that I was really frustrated and if I didn't receive a call from him that we would not be doing our business any longer. There was no call back ,so sadly we are done with the DePaula dealership! More

The airbag light is still on. In addition, no one took the time to explain the repairs made to my vehicle or whether my vehicle needed anything. I would think if a Chevy pulled for service I would do all I can to keep them as customer of DePaula. I mentioned needing an oil change that I normally get from Midas. When ask if DePaula could match Midas I was told it can’t be done. The cost of the oil change from DePaula was about $75 more than Midas. More
