When I walked into DePaula Ford I was immediately greeted with a smile by Shuhab. I was skeptical about trading in my vehicle and getting into a new one as mine was paid for. Professional with the paper work and had it short, but I asked about a second key and the salesman told me they gave what they got I asked him about making a copy and wouldn't give me any info on where to s asked about a second key and the salesman told me they gave what they got I asked him about making a copy and wouldn't give me any info on where to start. Pretty disappointed the a dealership of this size would have gotten a second key made before selling it to a new customer..just care about putting out numbers vs not about the customer buying a vehicle More

I called in to make an appointment to have my wife's car inspected and I got a convenient day and time.
