The worst dealership ever! They stole money from center console doing detail they did not fix the dents I brought UT to them to repair that they knowing knew about sold it to m They stole money from center console doing detail they did not fix the dents I brought UT to them to repair that they knowing knew about sold it to me anyway it was snowing out I noticed it when I got home called and was informed to bring it back when next oil change is due that they would clean it and repair damage. They did not even take tanoe cover off back bed was full of rocks and sticks 😒 the interior had pet fur all over the back I am disgusted with Josh there manager I will never do business with DePaul Ford again. First and last vehicle I will ever purchase from DePaula and also I will inform all my friends and family and social media just how well I was treated after I spent 35 thousand on a 2018 dodge ram express with roughly 30k miles clean car fax 0 accidents or damage paperwork says and I was scammed! After I brought my Ford scape in they disconnected my guild pup system and return the car with it disconnected. I took it to my mechanic to evaluate the fact that the car was shutting down, he just plug guild pup system and return the car with it disconnected.
