My truck had an extended stay due to being there btwn the holidays and the multiple items being done. I think they did the best they could at the time. I traveled 3 hours to purchase this vehicle…it was everything I was looking for…Dealership switched the warranty that was agreed upon at the last minute…non functioning parts on the vehicle that they everything I was looking for…Dealership switched the warranty that was agreed upon at the last minute…non functioning parts on the vehicle that they would not cover the repair of as well as several interior pieces missing…the used car manager said it should be covered but it’s not…this vehicle should not have been sold as a ford certified vehicle…buyer beware! The salesman John was great but the rest are an example of the defining of a used car salesman…would not recommend purchasing from DePaula ford. More

Devin was awesome. Dealer allowed me to complete most of the transaction remotely. But when I did make the 50 mile drive to complete paperwork with the finance office, Dealer allowed me to complete most of the transaction remotely. But when I did make the 50 mile drive to complete paperwork with the finance office, I arrived at the scheduled time and informed Devin that I had a deadline of 75 minutes due to another meeting. Not only did I wait longer than 75 minutes and leave without being seen, I was subjected to watching “Real America” propaganda in the waiting area. Appointment scheduled and not honored. Subjected to crap in waiting area. Probably would not go back. Devin straightened it all our and sealed the deal as I was ready to forget about it. More

I brought my F150 in for an oil change and also there was a light on the dash that looks like an engine. The oil change was done but when I drove away with my truck the light on the dash was still on. I am v a light on the dash that looks like an engine. I am very disappointed that the technician would not have seen the light and checked to see what the code was. That way I could have been informed if something needed to be done to fix the code. The previous time when i brought my truck in for service I had an oil change done, however, the sticker put on my windshield was the mileage of when I brought the truck in and not the mileage of when the next oil change was due. I know people can make mistakes but I would think that the above situations, however minor, are pretty basic tasks. I likely will be looking for another place to do service on my truck in the future.
