9 hours for an oil change? Dropped my truck off at 7:30am for an 8am oil change. Told them need him back by latest 3pm. After 2 questions when he will be serviced finally he was done at 5pm. Got been told it was a staff shortage. I would have picked my truck up and made a new appointment. But seeing my truck sitting in the parking lot for over 8 hours when I need him is not ok. Had this bad communication before and thought it has gotten better, maybe not. More
