Outstanding job by SA Dan and the service team. They gave me a loaner car which was nice. They quickly identified the axle problem and replaced the part under my warranty. Went in for an oil change and they said there was oil leaking all over my engine, so I went home and took my car to my family member who is a mechanic and he looked at it and said all the bolts and screw leaking all over my engine, so I went home and took my car to my family member who is a mechanic and he looked at it and said all the bolts and screws were loose after the oil change and a hose was off which probably caused the oil to be leaking and said not to bring my car to this dealership again to do anything on my car. Very disgusted. More

This was my 2nd visit. 1st time told part on back order after I was there for over an hour. 1st day taken off wasted. Then I rescheduled for the 13th. I arrived and checked 1st time told part on back order after I was there for over an hour. 1st day taken off wasted. Then I rescheduled for the 13th. I arrived and checked in. Go down street for breakfast while I waited. A little over and hour I'm called and told part is on back order. Aggravated, I cut my breakfast short and go back to get truck. Then magically they find it and bring truck back in. This delay caused me to take a 2nd day off. Not happy I'm out 2days work and breakfast due to lack of communication. More
