I was told an hour and waited two hours for just an oil change. I could go anywhere for an oil change and be out in 30 minutes but I choose the dealership for my car. You must be more accurate especially for those of us who work and are waiting for their vehicle. More
Things that depaula could control and didn’t would be being honest about part arrival I was told parts on National back order. Then two days later when I had to call and get my own updates was never reac being honest about part arrival I was told parts on National back order. Then two days later when I had to call and get my own updates was never reached out more than the initial phone call I was told by someone else that the part came in and was damaged in your garage and now it was in paint being repaired to fix the damage is that the garage closed I’m loading the parts but I picked up car spare tire it was not replaced back in the holster so I had to take everything out of the car to release the trunk hatch and placed the spare tire where it belongs along with the jack otherwise there was a loud rattling noises this is my third car was Chevrolet and I would not recommend returning to DePaula. Told family to use local Chevy dealerships very minimal cars/trucks available and basic service and kindness hard to come bye More
