Absolutely awful service. Brought my car in for an oil change and inspection. It was at the store for over 9 hours while I was at work. Picked it up thinking it was serviced. Brought my car in for an oil change and inspection. It was at the store for over 9 hours while I was at work. Picked it up thinking it was serviced. The next day my “change your oil soon” light came on and then I looked at my inspection and it still read 2022. NOTHING WAS DONE!!! I had to go back the following week again, and I had to wait just under 2 hours to get these services “fixed.” The guy who helped me said the oil change was done the week prior and that they only have to “reset the button” but I don’t believe it for a second. Absolute waste of my time and will never be going back there. I’ve heard of a lot of negative things about DePaula and just experienced a front row seat as to why. Do not give them your time or your money. More
