Overall, my experience with DePaula Ford LLC was great. Although, I think it's important to explain in detail what exactly took place while purchasing my vehicle that made my experience so great and makes Although, I think it's important to explain in detail what exactly took place while purchasing my vehicle that made my experience so great and makes me comfortable putting my faith in DePaula in the future. I came into DePaula and was immediately greeted by Joe (Shear) who was happy, excited, and ready to sell me a car. He didn't B.S. me, he kept it straight without the fluff that you tend to get at dealerships. He listened to my concerns and respected my wants and needs. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or couldn't afford, in fact, he helped me understand what I REALLY wanted. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was disappointed to find a few small flaws. To be transparent, I found small chips in the paint and the car was dirty (in my opinion). It should be noted that the car I purchased was formerly a courtesy vehicle, meaning the chips and such are not really a surprise, BUT I purchased the car as 'new' and expected it to be perfect for the big 'pick-up day.' However, when I made Joe aware of the imperfections I found, he immediately called me to get to the bottom of it (other staff members were extremely supportive, I.e. Q, and the senior sales manager who's name I cannot recall). It didn't really matter what it was that was wrong, all Joe cared about was that I was unhappy and he made it crystal clear that he would correct it. In the following days, it was arranged for me to bring the vehicle back to have the necessary cosmetic repairs made. Joe arranged a courtesy vehicle for me in the meantime which was EXTREMELY helpful since I live a busy life AND had the repairs done in one day. Joe worked relentlessly to ensure my happiness and satisfaction, and it showed when I came to pick up the vehicle for the second time. I couldn't find one thing wrong with the car even if I held a magnifying glass to it...and I really tried. I won't lie, I tried to find something wrong but truly there was nothing. The paint was perfect, the interior was completely detailed, my gas tank was full, you get the picture. The bottom line is, my experience at DePaula was great because Joe made it great. I know you're probably reading this thinking "Well why wasn't it perfect the first time?" and that's a great question. My answer is: it happens. Life happens, paint chips, cars get dirty before you come to pick them up, etc. What matters here is that Joe made every effort in the book to rectify what had gone wrong and make me a happy customer. Truthfully, it wouldn't have mattered what I told him, Joe would have fixed it and THAT is why I'm a happy customer of DePaula. More

Initially, DePaula tried to cheat on my lease. After exposing it, they conceded. A concession was to include complimentary service. I had to “remind” them EACH time, otherwise, they wanted to charge me! exposing it, they conceded. A concession was to include complimentary service. I had to “remind” them EACH time, otherwise, they wanted to charge me! When turning in my EXTREMELY low mileage CX-3, I asked if they wanted to purchase it. They did, but, again cheaped out on the deal. They made $3,000…they gave me $200. I would NOT recommend them to friends. More
