Did several recall fixes before telling me that there was a completely different issue and it would be non drivable. This took over a month and they had said every time I communicated with them through that a completely different issue and it would be non drivable. Once the recalls were fixed they promptly told me it was not a fixable issue. Complete waste of time and milked the recalls to the max. More

Normally, I would rate this dealer higher but my last visit I did not have a good experience. Two months ago, I pointed out an issue and was told it could be fixed under warranty. The other day when I vi visit I did not have a good experience. Two months ago, I pointed out an issue and was told it could be fixed under warranty. The other day when I visited, I was told the sound my vehicle was making was a normal operating sound and I don’t need to worry. It wasn’t normal two months ago when they first took a look and told me it can be fixed. I am convinced they don’t want to do the repairs because it’s warranty work. I will be going elsewhere going forward. More
