I went into DePaula Ford looking to replace my inefficient SUV with a Mustang Mach-E. John showed me what was available on the lot, and was happy to pull two around for me to look at and test dri inefficient SUV with a Mustang Mach-E. John showed me what was available on the lot, and was happy to pull two around for me to look at and test drive. Once the test drives were complete we got into a short negotiation, and settled on exactly the right price. From there it was smooth sailing. They detailed and charged my new car while I signed off on the paperwork with finance manager Tracie who was also amazing. Everyone was very friendly, low stress, and I felt like I actually got a good deal. I've never had a smoother experience when purchasing a car. I would absolutely recommend this team to friends and family. More
