We had driven other vehicles (makes and models), over the past few weeks, but not a Hyundai. Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable, about the vehicle, and was not "pushy". He called my wife to follow up on Friday, to make an appointment for me, to come back up with my wife, see the vehicle that late afternoon. We loved the vehicle and decided to purchase it, but would have to come back up Saturday to finish the process, since I had a short window for time, due to a previous planned engagement.
