Best experience ever! I called in advance to come look at a specific Santa Fe. He was hugely helpful in identifying the best deals in pre-owned cars on their lot, and he came along with us as we test-drove several cars. Once we found a car we liked, Frank bent over backwards to get the paperwork done quickly. We took the car home that night, but it had a small cosmetic scratch on the front bumper that Frank promised to have repaired for us as soon as possible. The next Monday he was on the phone, arranging for us to bring the car back in and providing us with a loaner vehicle while it was repaired. When we picked up the car again, the paint looked perfect. Frank also helped us set up our account with Blue Link and offered to give an additional tutorial any time we wanted to drop by. His courtesy and helpfulness were unsurpassed. Tommy was professional, fun, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and I am happy I bought a car from both him and the Dean Team dealership. Just want to add: it was raining that day and Tommy took me to every car I wanted to see, no hesitation. Thank you Tommy!
