My next contact was with Ben when I went into the dealership to buy the car. It wasn't the exact car that I wanted but Ben went right to work looking for the car that I wanted. It wasn't long until I got his phone call to let me know that he found it and that it would be at the dealership that week. My sales rep, Jacob, worked with me first to find the vehicle with the features I required, and then on price until we came to an agreement that worked for both the dealer and myself.
