Patient and helpful.. We were referred to Andy by a friend. We started the purchase conversation then had an unexpected death in the family. Andy was kind and patient as we had to table our discussions for a week or so and regroup on our finances in lieu of the loss and transfer of financial responsibilities. We didn't feel pressured or pushed to buy or make a decision by him or the Dean Team staff. That said, we did get customer satisfaction calls during our week to regroup which I believe were out of the Dealership's control. The phone survey was asking questions about our our decision not to buy, etc. We had to explain on a couple of occasions that it wasn't that we were not interested, nor anything the dealership had done; we simply needed time to manage personal matters like funeral arrangements, etc. We further explained their survey calls were an intrusion in that personal time we needed. They stopped calling and we eventually regrouped with Andy to finish our purchase. Would be nice, however, if there is a better way to communicate "death in family" to your follow-up process. We cancelled one appointment and the calls began. In normal situations for buying a car, I can respect timing is important; but in this case - a death in the family - a little more time and consideration should be considered. In that case, it was truly the courtesy Andy and the dealership extended that brought me back to them. It also showed an obvious disconnect in the ability of the dealership to communicate our situation to the automated process Hyundai has in place to collect data. While I realize feedback is important - that's why we're sharing - but realize, sometimes the push for information can be intrusive and shouldn't reflect badly on the sales person or dealership doing their part to build a personal connection. Maybe you should consider that a push for surveys and follow-up data for every move a customer makes could be intrusive and a reason why you might not get a future sale. More

We called other dealerships around town to get the ball rolling on our finances before meeting with anyone and they were the only ones that contacted us back. They did not pressure us in anyway. We came in with an idea of what we wanted and after seeing our options we decided to go with a brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Very pretty and am loving it so far. Ben phenomenal to work with and like we said we never felt any pressure whatsoever. Have already given out their name to a friend and will be back in the next year when we need to purchase our college daughter her car! More

Darryl Varnum didn't flinch when I told him the maximum monthly payment I could afford (even though it was next to impossible, given the model I wanted). Darryl took my request to the top man, Tom Facette, and the two of them worked with me to find the perfect vehicle. These guys never pressured me to get more than I'd specified, which is exactly what I did! I found a Sonota Hybrid, which will save me more in gas than the slightly higher monthly payment. Scott Varnum (this is a family kind of place) helped me understand the financing and coverage options. Once you've driven a Hyundai, you'll understand why we purchase them again and again. And once you meet the folks at the Dean Team in Ballwin, MO, you'll see why we wouldn't go anywhere else. More

I left with recommendations as to what other dealers I could try looking at that might have what I wanted and in the end I went back and got the car he originally found for me that hit all my bases plus more than I thought was even possible for my price range. Both Richard and Justin were very nice and walked me though the whole process of buying a car. More
