My salesperson, Joel, and the sales manager, Mary, were outstanding. They were highly knowledgeable, resourceful, and respectful. They didn't see me as just another potential sale - instead they apprecia outstanding. They were highly knowledgeable, resourceful, and respectful. They didn't see me as just another potential sale - instead they appreciated and honored my request for zero pressure during an already difficult time in my life. They made my research stress-free no matter how many times I visited to learn more and ultimately the process of the sale seamless and simple. I never felt pushed but rather valued. They patiently let me figure out what I felt would be best especially with my trade-in, and they put together a competitive, personalized deal to consider - which I accepted. I am extremely happy with my new Taos, and I have Joel, Mary, and Keevin to thank for the exceptionally positive experience. Ive been using this dealership since 2003, when I bought my first Subaru. All the advisors have been most helpful, explaining the repairs in terms I could understand. I am most appreciative of the loaner car they provide if my repairs will be time-intensive. They even provide porter service if you live close by. Shawn Nethercott was the sales person who guided me through the process of purchasing a new Forrester Hybrid. He gave me a primer on car features before I left and made arrangements for me to meet with tech support, which I need! He knows his product and helped me make some decisions. I found Shawn to be very engaging. More
