What a wonderful service experience I had yesterday at Dean Team Subaru when I took in my Subaru Legacy for service. It started with my service adviser, Jeff Price. Not only was he so patient in explain Dean Team Subaru when I took in my Subaru Legacy for service. It started with my service adviser, Jeff Price. Not only was he so patient in explaining to me what would be done and how long it would probably take. He went over everything they did AFTER the appointment. When I was in the waiting room, I also witnessed Jeff Price helping another customer who had a part that needed to be over-nighted to the dealership because that part was not available in the St Louis/Illinois area and she was upset that she had to come back the next day because she wasn't familiar with the area. (He went above and beyond he needed to and put her at ease.) I told a friend later - that "I just LOVED Dean Team people." This is the second car I've purchased from a Dean Team dealership. And this Subaru dealership made me (and the other customer) feel so relaxed and assured. THANK YOU! This same "feeling" happened when we purchased this Legacy from the same dealership.
