Our buying experience with Dean Team actually began with a service appointment. We brought our 2022 Volkswagen in after a rodent chewed through some wiring. I honestly wasn't looking to buy a vehicle, but I told her she was welcome to "entice me." I'm so glad I gave her the opportunity. As we talked, we also discussed our second Volkswagen, which had built up equity. While we loved both vehicles, we were beginning to think about long-term ownership costs, especially since one would eventually belong to our young adult daughter. Tiffany really listened to what mattered most to our family and used the inventory across multiple Dean Team dealerships to find vehicles that fit our needs—not just one vehicle, but two. She even found me a vehicle I never expected to like, I was pleasantly surprised! We ended up purchasing a Hyundai and a Nissan, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Samuel in Finance was exceptional. Buying two vehicles at the same time could have been overwhelming, but Samuel made the process smooth, organized, and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer every question we had. Also, thank you to Peter in Sales. Peter quietly kept finding ways to help. He assisted with paperwork, helped us clean everything out of our trade-in, introduced us to the Dean Team app (which we didn't even know existed), and surprised our daughter by putting a big bow on her new car. Peter's kindness, attentiveness, and genuine desire to help did not go unnoticed. I also want to recognize Stephanie Brown, Customer Service Manager. Before our purchase was even complete, she personally reached out to make sure nothing had been missed and that we were being well taken care of. That kind of proactive follow-up says a lot about Dean Team's commitment to customer service. Finally, a shout-out to the Ballwin Volkswagen Service Department—Paul, Shannon, and Scott, also known as the "messengers," who have consistently taken outstanding care of our vehicles over the past several years. We all know that vehicle ownership comes with its share of maintenance, repairs, and unexpected surprises, and sometimes the people delivering the news don't get to choose the message. They have always been honest, dependable, knowledgeable, professional, and understanding when we've struggled to hear the "message" about our cars. What started as a service appointment unexpectedly turned into purchasing two vehicles—not because we planned to, but because an incredible team of people took the time to understand our family's needs and worked together to find solutions that truly made sense for us.
