Scott, the service advisor for Volkswagen, was outstanding, went out of his way to make sure my issue was resolved even had the technician, Brian who obviously knows Volkswagen's inside and out. I was very pleased with my experience at dean team. My husband and I bought a brand new Taos in 2025. The car had caused me lots of issues within the last year. We are extremely happy and thankful we were able to get this figured out!
