Easy, Streamlined, and Low Pressure I can't believe how easy the whole process was!!!! We arrived on the lot on a Saturday to test drive an Atlas. Met with Jim Happe who very quickly g I can't believe how easy the whole process was!!!! We arrived on the lot on a Saturday to test drive an Atlas. Met with Jim Happe who very quickly got us going on our test drive. When we returned he answered the few questions we had, listened to what we were looking for, and showed us a few cars. Never once did he push us to decide on anything that day nor did he try to sell us on any particular car. Instead, he offered for us to check out the selection on-line and get back to him once we had one picked out. He did follow up with us via email, but never pressured us to take any action. Then 2 weeks later I walked in to get a quote on my trade-in. They checked out my trade in, gave me a quote, and within 30 minutes of me arriving on the lot that day we had a deal. I was definitely not expecting to purchase that day. The process was so quick, and easy and I felt that I got a very fair deal. I didn't have time to complete the paperwork that night, so I returned the next day met with Jim and the finance department and they had me on my way in way less than an hour. Super quick and easy. My wife and I returned a week later (car was for her). Jim and Richard Gotsch both took 30-45 minutes together to walk us through how to use the car. There is a lot of technology in this car compared to our previous vehicle and this was the best 45 minutes we could have spent. Lot's of information, but both those guys kept the 'training' moving and provided some good laughs along the way. Can't say enough about how enjoyable and low pressure the whole experience was. Will definitely consider purchasing my next vehicle at the Dean Team. More

Pete is the best car sales associate I have ever worked with. From start to finish, the whole experience was 100% satisfactory. I don't know much about cars, and he answered all of my questions without bei with. From start to finish, the whole experience was 100% satisfactory. He helped me make decisions on car features by considering what I actually would want/use without upselling me. I am totally happy with my new car and confident I got a fair price on the new car and generous trade-in offer. I couldn't recommend Pete enough to anyone buying a car. More

The car came in a few days earlier than expected and was set up for me. Lots of effort to ensure I left dealership ready to drive and use the functionality. My last car was years old so the learning curve was steep. Not a problem with Pete’s help. I would buy another car from Pete, but I hope it won’t be necessary. More
