It has been YEARS since I've had this positive up an experience at a car dealership and be honest I'm not even sure this one isn't the best. Let me tell you about no pressure no stress. I emailed for dealerships the exact same email and this is the only one that returned a response that wasn't cut and paste. I explained my situation and how I was just looking for a bottom-line price it without no bait switch or no games or gimmicks I got an email return this is where we're at and it was very refreshing! Got to the dealership nothing changed not like the usual dealer that's going to smile and agree with everything you say just because they're trying to sell a car folks it Dean Team Volkswagen legitimately care for you as a customer. I think I would struggle to find anything from start to finish that I could say I wish was better. If I had to pick something I didn't get as much as I was expecting for my trade but it was a very fair price. Even with that they gave me more than initially stated to kind of help me out with my situation. They weren't pushy at all they gave me the information I asked for and then they let me go away and discuss with my wife and think on the numbers for a couple days. I'm not even kidding if I had to paint a perfect car buying experience this would be it! it was actually fun for once to get a new car instead of stressful and buyer's remorse did I get the best deal or sitting around for hours while they go talk to their manager about this or that or whatever. If you're even close to thinking about getting a new car do yourself a favor and at least check them out they might not be for you but I can almost guarantee you they're going to surprise you with the way current car dealers are these days! They don't say "honesty is our policy" and proceeded to lie to you the rest of the time or try to fool you with tricks. For the quality and service and also service after the sale I would happily pay more money just to get the good experience. I really can't say enough good about this dealership they blew me away and I am very grateful and sincerely thank you for a quality product and quality service!
