Ryan "saved" me from a terrible experience at Dean of Kirkwood (they should really re-think sharing the Dean Team name with that location - which represents everything I dislike about car sales). Let's just leave it at Ryan and Scott are easy, low-pressure, customer-centric guys and suffice to say, I sent two friends their way and got $100 referrals on each when they also bought. Dustin Westoff in Finance was also very easy and low-pressure. They did offer an extended warranty, which I declined and he made a second attempt to pitch it, removing the (forgot the name) component that was more a buyer protection plan, but I passed and he said "ok, let's finish up" and it was done in minutes. We appreciated the vast selection and Tony was very knowledgeable about the automobiles we inquired about. having sat in Dealerships in the past we were prepared for a long process but it turned out once we made our choice it was minutes not hours until we were driving home in our new Cross-Trek. We were given a fair price for our trade which we didn't intend to trade and having completed weeks of research we received the best price possible. It was actually a pleasure to make this purchase. Tony and everyone we came in contact with at this dealership was wonderful. We feel we received a fair deal, at no point was anything unclear or confusing. If you are looking for a car I highly recommend these guys and they have really good coffee. More
