John found me a new car; I was originally thinking used, for an excellent price. He took care of all the arrangements for shipping the car and within a week the car was delivered cross county, in the same as new condition as when it left the dealership. Before making my most recent purchase, I test drove several different makes and models at area dealerships. Most dealerships used high-pressure sales techniques -- from "telling me" what car I wanted/needed instead of showing me what I asked about to bargaining with me about monthly payments/financing before I've even test drove a car! Jason Moore and Mark NcNulty at Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen in Ballwin, Mo provided a calm and attentive sales environment. They listened to what "I wanted" in a car and showed me cars that met those requirements. They did not pressure me into buying "right now." They let me test drive the cars several times so that I felt sure about my purchase. Jason even when beyond what was expected. He knew I liked a specific car, but it was missing a safety feature I felt was essential. He found a way to get that feature installed on the specific car I wanted! Making it the perfect purchase for me. I will be returning to this dealership in 6 months when I have to purchase a car for my son. More

I was not in the makrket for purchasing a newish vehicle , however the vehicle that i had was on its last leg, contacted him the day before and he was able to put together a couple options that would work out best for me. I was able to come in the next day and try them out no give feedback about which one worked best. Within an hour i was in and out, signed and rolling down the road!
