When we decided that a VW was our choice, we searched online, went to several dealerships in St Louis and talked with many sales people. You know when you first encounter the sales staff at DT that they are genuinely friendly, not pushy. We were never pressured at Dean Team or fed lines of "BS". Everyone in every department has always been courteous. I never felt "talked down to" as a lil ole lady. Very, very different from an experience I had recently at Suntrup in St Louis. Even though they had the color and model vehicle I wanted, because of their pressured sales techniques, we returned to Dean Team to buy from them AGAIN! Much better integrity at DT! More
