Fantastic Experience Best service from start to finish. When I got there they were busy but acknowledged me right away. Low pressure, super helpful I normally hate car shopping - when I leave, I've always felt like I was taken advantage of and screwed over. This was not the case at Dean Team. Our salesperson was very informative and gave us all of the info we needed to make the decision that was right for us. There was no pressure at any point, even when we said we weren't ready to purchase at our first visit. We were looking at a few different cars, and Jason answered all of our questions, gave us a lot of good information, but didn't pressure us into any particular vehicle. I feel like we got the right car for us, and I feel like we paid a fair price. We also got a fair amount for our trade in. Jason worked really hard to make sure everything was perfect and went smoothly during the purchasing process. More
