My previous experiences purchasing cars has been stressful, time consuming and exhausting. Not this time! Jason Moore made this process enjoyable! I found him to be very professional, accommodating and determined that I leave with the car I desired. Clearly the customer experience is the priority, he was not pushy or just out to make a sale. Dustin Westhoff made the financing process smooth and was also very pleasant and professional. Pleasantly surprised I had been looking for a used car for several weeks.I contacted Jason Moore by email at Dean team Subaru in Manchester to inquire about a used vehicle I had been looking for a used car for several weeks.I contacted Jason Moore by email at Dean team Subaru in Manchester to inquire about a used vehicle. His reply was prompt and he answered all the questions I had about that particular car. After doing some research I decided that car was not right for me. I kept looking online and contacted a number of other dealerships to inquire about cars. Most of them were not satisfied with just answering my questions and felt the need to contact me every day to see if I bought a car yet. Jason didn't do that,I didn't hear from them again until 10 days or so later when I emailed him again to ask about a different vehicle. Again he just answered my questions and even went out in the rain to take a picture of the tire tread for me and emailed it to my phone. By the time I went to visit him at the dealership to look at and test drive the car I knew I was going to buy it as long as everything checked out because the car was very nice and the price was very fair.when I met with Jason at no time did I ever feel any pressure. He handed over the keys and said take it for a ride take it on the highway if you'd like whatever you need to do. From the time I arrived on the lot till the time I was driving home with my new car only took about three hours. Dustin Westhoff was the finance man and he was very professional and courteous and he knew his job very well.these two gentlemen treated me very well . Both were professionaI & courteous. I will give Dean Team a chance to keep my business the next time I'm in the market for a car. More

I purchased a pre-owned Acura and since I have owned many Acuras, I'm very familiar with them. Usually when I talk to a salesman they are not that well versed on Acuras and try to fake their way through the presentation. To my pleasant surprise, Jason was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in purchasing. In addition, there were a couple of small issues with the car and we made arrangements during the purchase to have them corrected. After the purchase Jason was very helpful in getting the issues repaired. One final thanks to the Business Manager,Rick Richard. Rick did a great job at getting me the best financing and made the transaction seamless. More
