Best experience I've ever had with a dealer! My dad and I spent most of the day searching for a new car that was fairly priced. We arrived at Dean Team last and Ryan Troll greeted us pretty quickly. Throughout the whole process, he provided great knowledge about the cars and was extremely polite and not pushy at all, something I cannot stand with car sales. He did his absolute best to give me a fair price for my trade in and knocked a lot off the new car. Honestly, it was easy, relaxing and I got the deal of a lifetime. I do highly recommend this dealership to anyone out there. More

We needed a car that would accommodate a wheelchair lift for my husband. We became acquainted with Pat through the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Pat put us in the competent hands of Jason Moore who helped us select a 2014 Outback. Jason had personal experience with the Outback when his father was in a wheelchair. Jason answered all our questions and took us on several test drives. We love our new Outback and appreciate the excellent service we received from Pat and Jason. More

You call them, text them or go see them and they figure out a way to help you. In this case, i needed a used car for our college daughter. I asked Scott what he had. 15 mins later he called me with a car. They checked out the car, Scott called me back and said 'not this one.' 15 mins later Scott called and said 'i like this one better.' And sure enough, so did I. Yea, they really are that good and it really is that easy! More

New Car Lease Experience I recently leased a 2015 VW Touareg from Scott Roberts and Ryan Troll. Ryan was the first person to greet my wife and me. He was friendly and prompt I recently leased a 2015 VW Touareg from Scott Roberts and Ryan Troll. Ryan was the first person to greet my wife and me. He was friendly and promptly brought a Touareg for us to test drive and kept in contact throughout the entire process. Ryan introduced us to Scott Roberts. Scott was diligent in locating the right Touareg for me. He was knowledgeable about the different models and promptly provided leasing information. Scott was responsive to my questions and concerns, as well as negotiating a deal that I felt comfortable making. Both Ryan and Scott did a great job making the delivery and Rick made the paperwork seem effortless. I highly recommend Dean Team VW-Ballwin. More
