First off I wanna say dealing with DEAN TEAM Volkswagen in BALLWIN has been nothing but a nightmare I bought a car. I had it in there four days in a row all for electrical issues them constantly telling me it doesn’t have a problem, even though the car wouldn’t start at times the air conditioner wouldn’t work at times and it was a brand new 2024 Volkswagen atlas Cross sport I am very dissatisfied with the way they do business. The car was finally returned today. They gave me my old car back and I will find a new car somewhere else. Watch your yourself when you deal with this. Hopefully someone else has a better experience mind you I had bought two other cars from the dealer over 10 year. But that was with different management. More

I have never actually had a pleasant buying experience at a dealership before buying from Dean Team. My wife and I went in with our 9 month old baby to test drive an Atlas, and our sales rep Myles was extrem a dealership before buying from Dean Team. The pricing of the car was initially a bit over what I thought it was worth based on market research, but they were actually willing to meet me at a price that worked out well for both of us! Financing was a breeze, and they gave our little girl a cute little teddy bear on the way out the door! That teddy bear is still her favorite toy in the car. The only drawback (which isn’t even big enough to warrant dropping off of 5 stars) is that the payment packages they have you read through to sign up for extra coverage are not clearly defined, so it would be very easy to accidentally sign up for thousands of dollars in extra unnecessary coverage without realizing it. More
