Initially brought my car in two weeks ago for a state inspection and dealing with a check-engine light being on. Additional work was suggested that I agreed needed to be done as it is an older car. Upon inspection and dealing with a check-engine light being on. Additional work was suggested that I agreed needed to be done as it is an older car. Upon picking up the car saw the check-engine light still active. Notified Mark Beury who investigated and explained what happened and apologized, then stated that I could bring it back and cause of check-engine light would be diagnosed at no cost which I thought was fair and appreciated that Mark did not try to coverup the mistake. Mark found a time slot for the service and work was completed. Mark also offered an additional discount for the inconvenience which was appreciated.
