My salesman , Martin, was knowledgeable with a sincere winning personality. I was encouraged but not pressured or told price for today only. They worked with me so I got the car I wanted at a great price. ( I gave Angel a 4 star rating. I subtracted one star because my tech tutorial was done close to light speed and I chalk that up to lots of Saturday shoppers. I understood everything but could not remember the myriad of setting how- tos for buttons and screen etc. Will be using my manual for a while until I remember everything. Jim got five stars for explaining all the warranties but accepting my no thank you without further ado. My car went to service and was buffed and shined. When I went to leave the low tire pressure Light was still on. I was so exhausted from the day I just left but thought I would to mention it. More

Ok service After bringing your car multiple times for the initial issue, it will eventually get fixed after at least the 5th time taking it. Just dont get Pat as your representative because she is rude and does not have any customer service skills. One day I was there, I over heard her ignorant conversation about a customer another rep and Pat called a customer the "B" word. I report thus and nothing was done. I cannot stand to be assigned to Pat she needs to be retrained on customer service. Also it would be nice to have my car fixed the 1st time. Also it would be nice to have actually done the work and not list it on my receipt. More
