Great Experience Buying a new car can be extremely stressful, especially when you are on a tight budget. I spent a good amount of time researching what I wanted before Buying a new car can be extremely stressful, especially when you are on a tight budget. I spent a good amount of time researching what I wanted before I even started visiting dealerships. Some dealerships didn't even try; they just started off with a ridiculously high price, and then put a ton of pressure on me to immediately sign on the dotted line. Steve Heinze did the opposite. He gave me a more than fair price right off the bat, and assured me that no one would be able to beat it. He was right. I did my homework. No one could come close to his price. He was knowledgeable, patient, efficient & laid back. He made sure my trade in went smoothly and there were no glitches. Jim Krause was great to work with. Explained everything very well which made signing the paperwork a breeze. Again, a no pressure experience. Angel Lewis was an unexpected bonus. I was nervous about learning how to use all the bells and whistles in my new car. I soon learned that I worried for nothing, as before I left, Angel went over every nook & crannie of the vehicle from stem to stern. She gave me her card and encouraged me to call her with any questions. These three make a great team! I would highly encourage anyone buying a Toyota to give Steve Heinze a call! More
Greatly Satisfied!!! I was in need of a car. My wife was in contact with Don Romanek and she let Don know what we were in the market for. We went down on a Friday night; h I was in need of a car. My wife was in contact with Don Romanek and she let Don know what we were in the market for. We went down on a Friday night; he had four vehicles lined up ready for us to test drive. After our test drives we said we would need a little time to decide which car(s) we were interested in. He was understanding, he was not pushy and did not try to force the deal, he respected our wishes. I then went down Monday evening after work to test drive two more vehicles and decided on the Toyota Camry. Don is an honest man with integrity. He offered a fair deal for the both of us; I walked away with an affordable reliable vehicle and Don was able to make a small commission to provide for his family's needs. More
