If I had been told beforehand to bring a piece of mail with my address on it or confirmation from the DMV, I would have as I did say I was registering the vehicle in Virginia the week prior. Ken Tran looked at my credit card numbers before handing the credit card back to me, which made me uncomfortable. We had to call the out of state DMV since my identification information --- licenses and permits --- were determined insufficient for proving address. The manager said the paperwork would go through but then asked us to call the DMV anyway which seemed unnecessary at the time for the vehicle. Angel did a good, thorough job explaining the vehicle. Monica was helpful but burdened by the unnecessary paperwork hoops management created. More
